You choose your metal, then enter the name to engrave at checkout. Most people use their pet’s name, but you can also choose a short word or nickname. We engrave the name on the bar along with a tiny paw cutout, then ship your custom necklace straight to you.

How long will my necklace take to arrive?

Each necklace is made to order. Production time: usually 1–2 days
Shipping time (within the US): typically 3–7 business days

Will it arrive by the holidays?

For the best chance at holiday delivery, we recommend ordering by December 12th. Orders placed after that date may still arrive in time, but we can’t promise it due to carrier delays. If you’re worried, you can still print your order confirmation and a photo of the necklace to tuck into a card while it’s on the way.

Is this only for pets who have passed away?

Not at all. Many people wear it as a “dog mom” or “cat mom” necklace while their pet is still here. But it’s especially meaningful as a memorial piece after loss, when you want a small, quiet way to keep their name close.
